We are the first US certified branch (by Dr. Dennis Hanover himself and Vice President Guy Hanover) of the official Israeli Reality Based Martial Arts and Self Defense System, Hisardut, which has been recognized by the state of Israel since 1991.

Hisardut's first US branch was created in 2009 by Hezi Sheli to introduce this unique system to the US.

Our mission is to ensure all of our students, both kids and adults, have the necessary tools to defend themselves in the easiest and most effective way.

We use the same training methods established by Dr. Dennis Hannover and work closely with him and his top Grand Masters in Israel to ensure the best quality of training for our students.
